The usability audit revealed 37 errors requiring improvement. Inactive filters and lack of translation inside the website turned out to be the biggest problem.
When selecting a Parcel Locker delivery in the shopping cart, the user was not able to select a pick-up point. We recommended improving the Google map display so that the buyer could find the parcel locker by entering the city or street name.
The problem affected all language versions: despite the setting of filters, the user was shown unavailable products and all other goods – even those unrelated to the selected filter. We recommended repairing the filters so that the customers could search for a product with the parameters they are interested in.
The logos of the services that the customer could use when logging in to place the order were missing in the login window. We recommended adding the missing service icons.
